Flavorful dishes with a creative flair

AltaToro is a modern Latin restaurant located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, offering a vibrant dining experience inspired by the bold flavors of Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Spain. The menu blends classic Latin dishes with contemporary technique, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to celebrate the diversity of Latin American cuisine.

The immersive dining space features custom installations, including a striking 20-foot tree sculpture at the center of the restaurant. On Friday and Saturday nights, live fire shows add an energetic, theatrical atmosphere that makes AltaToro a standout dining destination in Midtown Atlanta.

AltaToro serves lunch Monday through Friday, weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner nightly, complemented by craft cocktails, brunch cocktails, and a curated wine list. Ideal for date nights, group dining, celebrations, and special occasions, AltaToro also offers options for large parties and private events, with free parking available for guests.

Fire Shows

Enjoy captivating fire shows during dinner (Friday & Saturday)

Enjoy fire shows, performed by a talented member of the Hypnotix Performance group, starting around 6:30/7 PM on Friday & Saturday evenings (timing may vary depending on the night). These captivating performances last approximately 5 minutes and occur every half hour. Our fire performers dance throughout the dining room and patio, ensuring every table has a front-row view of the spectacle!

This Valentine’s season, step into the enchanting world of Cupid’s Cove, AltaToro’s dreamy Valentine pop-up! From January 30 through March 1, our heated and covered patio will be transformed into a love-filled retreat—complete with vibrant florals, pops of pink, glowing neon accents, cozy vibes, and picture-perfect moments that celebrate the magic of romance.

Wine Wednesday:
Every Wednesday evening during dinner service, enjoy half-off all wine bottles originally priced at $100 or under. It’s the perfect excuse to sip, savor, and celebrate midweek with your favorite Latin-inspired dishes.

Live Entertainment:
Experience thrilling fire shows performed by a talented member of the Hypnotix Performance group. These mesmerizing performances last about five minutes and take place every half hour, with our fire dancers moving through the dining room and patio to ensure every guest gets a great view. Fire shows take place every Friday & Saturday.

Fire Show Schedule:
Friday - Saturday: 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Parking:
You can use the adjacent parking deck at the Nine15 Apartment complex, and we offer free parking validation for up to 2 hours there. The entrance to the parking deck is located on Peachtree Place, right between our restaurant and the Dancing Goats coffee shop.

Gratuity:
For groups of 5 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added. We also add 20% gratuity to all guest checks during brunch.

Split Checks:
For groups under 5, we're happy to split your check. For parties of 5 or more, our servers will provide one check. However, we're excited to offer an enhanced payment experience for larger groups through the seamless integration of SundayApp. Simply scan the QR code conveniently positioned on your table to effortlessly split the check, regardless of the party size.

Outside Dessert & Wine:
A $25 fee per item will apply for bringing in outside desserts or bottles of wine.

Dinner Dress Code:
We kindly ask all guests to adhere to a modest dress code. Please ensure that your attire is respectful and provides adequate coverage. We value creating a comfortable environment for all patrons, and our managers have the right to refuse service if the attire does not meet the established dress code. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
